They never checked in my trailer rental. Found myself online and on the phone getting it sorted a week and a half later.

I had the most awful experience ever!!! This is not even a uhaul dealership. 100% unprofessional. I got a complete run around "because their 3 parking spots were full" was the excuse. Tried to make me return to different locations farther away.

Very hard to find. Actual drop off location was not in the contract so I wasn’t sure if it was the right place or not. Needs improvement for the drop off locations
