Didn’t realize we had a u-haul at the Camrose Motel but we do and the younger gentleman was very mature and knowledgeable, great affordable experience definitely recommend.

Honour reservation locations. We made our reservation 6 weeks in advance. We had to travel 260km instead of 130km to pick up and bring them U-Haul to our home.
joey rContrary to what it is registered as, this location is not at the 5 Rivers Convenience as that store no longer exists. This location is run out of the Camrose Motel and is definitely not a place I would recommend anyone visit. There was a large group of men (15+) drinking in the parking lot less than 50 feet away from the U-Haul units (of which there were only 3). The motel itself is run down, you can see into what appears to be the owner’s living room from the front desk, and the man working the front did not know how to complete the paperwork to sign out the U-Haul. When I had reserved my unit online I had opted in to the basic insurance plan but it did not end up being included in my final contract. As a woman by herself this location did not feel safe to be at alone and I would not use this establishment again nor would I recommend this place to anyone else. At the very least this location needs to be updated to say it is at the Camrose Motel and not the 5 Rivers Convenience.

Michelle SKeep the reservation! There is literally a whole comedy skit on Seinfeld about taking the reservation but not keeping the reservation.
