There was broken glass on the ramp and the truck was completely infested with roaches. I have pictures of both the glass and the roaches. We were told we'd be given a discount as a result but I believe we were charged full price..William P.

I did Express pickup and the system was down. It took me 40 minutes waiting. They were 1/2 handling their business and 1/2 waiting on me. It caused me to be late to my destination. If you offer express and I take The time to use it then I should Have express serviceMike V.

Uhaul needs to drop this locations contract. Worst customer service I ever experienced. Location was filthy, truck was filthy with damaged tire (should have been grounded. Grass left uncut around truck. Very rude woman at desk. She would never work for me!!! Have rented Uhaul many times but never had this type service. Warning to all...Never use this location. Uhaul needs to personally visit locations to eliminate this poor service and equipment.Lynwood L.

Make sure that the vehicle oil light does not come one as soon as the customer begins to drive the 26' ft truck they rented for over 900 dollars and when you call the store that the truck was rent the comment is NOT, "Well you'll have to call that number!" And when I called the 1-800 number I don't spend 15 minutes on the line just to be disconnected (3 times). So I didn't get in contact with anyone at the 1-800 number until the next day.MARY E G.

Checke equipment serviceability and reliability, i rent a tow dolly and the wheel tray fell off , and i was fortunate that i saw it before it slid into the highway , overall experience was poor. And i wound never use any uhaul products and services ever again,Raheen F.

We requested an in town pick up at 9 am. This location was 9 miles out of town and had no truck until it was returned at about 10:30am. our schedule was screwed from the start.MICHAEL R.
well first thing messed up the reservation for the truck. which caused us to have to wait an extra hour. when I picked the truck up it had 3 eighths of a tank of gas. I drove 31.7 miles put gas in it and returned it was 3 eighths of a tank of gas. I was told I had to go back and get more gas and put in the truck, which I reluctantly dld. when I express my displeasure to the owner his comment was I don't give a crap. there are other places to rent trucks.john D.

Original drop off point was to be the U-Haul Center in Raleigh. The staff there was not able to tell me what additional fees might apply if the drop off location needed to be changed. Apparently the U-Haul computer system is not designed to assist customers with in-route change of plans.PAUL C.

the people were extremely nice. The problem occurred when I loaded the vehicle on the trailer , one of the tires on the trailer came off of the rim while before I even left. I had to wait 2 hours !!! on the side of the road!!! unacceptable.VERNON O.
