very sterile but somewhat friendly...
Owen HThe folks at Electronics Etc., the rental operation and people were excellent. The 6'X12' Cargo Trailer was in excellent condition. My overall rating of 3 stars was because of the 6'X12" Cargo Trailer. While unloading a pallet of sod, someone over 5'8" is going to have a sore back. Also, without a landing gear, it's a back braker to lift onto the trailer hitch. That's another advantage to the Open Trailer. It was convenient that I had a floor jack to bring along, otherwise I would have had to drive to Georgetown to rent an Open Trailer. I did an excellent job of cleaning out the sod mud, but it would have been a lot easier if there was a landing gear to raise the front of the trailer so the water would drain out the back and not make a swimming pool at the nose of the box. A simple drain up front would have been a big help. The trailer is well built and pulls great; just not user friendly. 5" taller and a landing gear up front, like on your Open Trailer, I would have rated my experience 5 stars.

Leah AThis rating is more about the corporate office than this location. I rented this trailer 2 weeks before needed. We drove from Michigan to South Carolina over 800 miles. The night before I received voice mail and email telling me of a change where to pick the trailer and I was not getting the 5x9 trailer but a 5x8 trailer. The next morning, we went to Electronics Etc. because in their lot they had the 5x9 trailer. We were informed that trailer was intown only. He investigated our reservation and found out the trailer that had been reassigned to us was not only the right size but an enclosed trailer which would not work. The gentleman at this location told me that U-Haul can change your location but not the kind of trailer you rented. He called his field manager and discovered there was no trailer available in the area. He talked his field manager into making his trailer one way instead of in town only. If this was a review on the corporate office the rating would be POOR. It is a long way to drive only to find out they have no trailer for you and the one they reassigned you isn't what you reserved and would not work for your situation.
