Drop off site was closed for the holiday weekend so they charged for after hours drop off even though truck was dropped off during normal business hours.
BRAD BI was initially very disappointed because I was told the day before my rental that the equipment I reserved was no longer available. However, several factors changed and in the end, I swapped out the size of my trailer. The Georgetown location, and Mike in particular was extremely helpful in making that change soon. I was very grateful for his help!
