The staff at the counter was not helpful at all. He kept redirecting us to the app and said the rental had nothing to do with him. We tried to check in online, but the app didn't work, so we couldn't. After 30 minutes of waiting, we were checked in, but the key was nowhere to be found. We also couldn't "check out" or return the truck on the app or "check out" at the counter. We had to call the Uhaul customer service line. It should have been a seamless in-and-out process, but we wasted an hour trying to check in and out. Never again!

This location was not ready to handle a 26 foot truck. The "manager" was put out to help and refused to move cars that were in the path of where he wanted the truck parked. There was a pallet in the way of where he wanted the truck parked and did not move it meaning I had to drive over it to park. He did show me where the key drop off was but did NOT even attempt to walk thru the return process. I had to call UHaul customer support to report the awful experience and she was very understanding and apologetic over the experience. She arranged to have a area/district manager go to the location to finish the return process. At this point, I hope all is taken care of and I don't get any extra or unexpected charges.

Truck ramp should. Be on the truck I filled the tank but still got charged the gas. However. When I call U-Haul. I got refund with proof of photos I took

Such few parking opportunities, it was hard to find a spot to park the Uhaul. I didn't see the company name 55Million so I questioned for a bit if it was in fact the correct location.

This location was helpful and got me what I needed. But Syracuse Liquors at 1115 Syracuse Street in Denver, Co, was not. They didn't even prepare a vehicle for me and I had to waste 2 hours and miss taking my friend to the airport because of how badly that location f***** me.
