For above question 3, this was a weekend drop off. No personnel on site at the time. Wifi use was smoother than the last time I used this drop off site.

This was an after hours drop off. I didn't find out I needed to download the app until day of drop off (exhausted and not welcoming surprises). Using the app I got instruction on how to proceed. Signal at the drop off site was lacking, so sending the pictures requested was first a challenge and then a fail. I tried many times to send the pics of the truck, without success. Couldn't find a key drop of that was marked. Eventually called the help desk, waiting for a human voice for 15 minutes. The call desk was helpful and we eventually found the drop box (blue, not marked U Haul, in front of the building). If the app needs to be used, drop off locations should be required to have a strong wifi signal so it goes more smoothly. Better instructions about this site would also have been more helpful.

Brian AWhen I got in the 15 foot box truck I noticed a strong stench of animal feces. I drove it to the office and had him come out to look inside the cab. There was what looked like dog hair and paw prints on the seats and floor. It seemed the dog must've had fecal matter on its paws. The office worker sprayed the floor mats, wiped down the seats with Clorox wipes and sprayed Febreze. He apologized that it wasn't checked out before I picked it up. I would've taken another box truck if they had one. I had a crew waiting on me at my apartment so I needed to get going. When we opened the back to start loading there was fecal matter in the cargo area too. After the Febreze wore off I noticed the smell was back. There was hair and fecal matter on the dash also. He missed cleaning the dash. I've rented U-Hauls before but this was the worst experience.

William SThe truck needs the air conditioned service, would not blow cold air for us. It was a hot and humid day during our rental, A/C would have been nice.

Jim ZJohn made renting the truck easy. Renting from his location took the anxiety out of moving for us. He explained things perfectly and made sure things were good to go when we drove off the lot. Very friendly and accommodating.
Max WThe 56 Mini Storage saved my whole move but I found them and had my reservation mived to them. Uhaul sent me to an abandoned lot with no one working there and no way for.me to get the truck I reserved. There was problems with the uhaul web site and also being able to access it and the customer service told.me there was nothing they could do and another person I talked to ended up hanging up on me. Uhaul treated me horribly, I found the new kocation and got the truck by calling them directly. I'll never rent through uhaul.com again.

RHODA SI would recommend better wifi service at the point of service. It took almost 40 minutes to get the keys for the vehicle because the internet service was really poor. Making up for that snafu was the amazing customer service when I needed more time to unload the vehicle. I was truly impressed!

Vince AWhen we arrived at the location, the gentleman inside was very friendly. We were in a bit of a hurry however and let the man know. Nothing against him, but he continued to talk about other things rather than trying to get us out of the location faster. We had a slight hiccup with the lights working on the trailer, which we fixed. The problem that we had with our experience from there was with the trailer itself. It looked green molded in color, extremely old, and that it needed to be retired. The trailer did not look in good condition compared to the newer trailer next to it. My husband asked the gentleman if we could have the newer, nicer trailer instead, but he said "no, I already checked this one out for you." Because we did not want to argue we hooked up to the trailer. As we were pulling away, the trailer rattled and shook unbelievably loud and scary. I asked my husband multiple times if it was connected correctly. He said it was, it just bounced a lot. We get to our destination to load the trailer. Everything seemed fine. We were traveling from Pennsylvania to Georgia. The drive was better once the trailer was filled. You see, we rented the enclosed trailer so that our items would be protected. The last hour of our drive was in the rain. Not thinking anything of it, we arrived in Georgia. When we opened the trailer door, all the items that had been sitting on the bottom were soaking wet. Clothes, suitcases, shoes, and boxes. Trying the unload the trailer was a mess because the boxes were wet and falling apart. There must have been a seal that was not working properly.Very upset about renting enclosed and still having our items get wet. When we returned the trailer in Georgia, the man at the rental location said that the trailer looked awful and they need to take it off the road.
