This is for uhaul, not the site i got trailer at. Uhaul needs to accomadate folks that do not have a smart phone or those that the weblink needed to "take" a picture of your drivers license. It is not right, and will be the last time that i use Uhaul if accomadations are not made hensforth.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkMy visit was excellent. The attendant that was there had me in and out very quickly. Even though he had to dig out the trailer that was buried in the snow. Easy to drip off. I did forget to take a picture after I dropped the trailer off because I didn’t get the text from u-haul until I was halfway home.
