I had to clean the cab a bit more before I left for our trip. Cleaned out cigarette tobacco from the cup holders. But vehicle seemed ready for the trip, tires were aired to exactly 80 pounds. That's the main thing.

I can’t think of anything. This location offered the best availability and hours. When I arrived, I was greeted and helped by the business owner. He was very friendly and thoroughly explained each step of the process. The next time I need a Uhaul, this is the first place I will go!

These people went out their way to help us. We had a family crisis come up and needed a uhaul and they met us at midnight to pick it up and gave us extra day to keep it. Then the lady gave my sick grandson a home made wooden puzzle that she makes. This couple was so amazing. Thank you so much.

I rented a 15 foot truck and none were available so he gave me a 20 ft and didn’t tell me that or that there was a price differential. The communication could be much better.

I was unable to pick up truck at expected location due to order not associating with my account. It took 2 hours to resolve. Once resolved the location in Great Bend did not have the keys in the box. We then had to drive to Lyons to pick up the truck. 3 hours after original time. I had mover waiting that I paid by the hour.

Make sure the door lock isn't faulty on trailer. We opened it and the lock released when it was open which caused it to jam and not close. Took almost an hour and small hands to release the lock between the roof and roller door.
The floor was also not level. We rented 3 trailers this was by far the worst.
