Heather DThe lady I booked the reservation with in Salina KS at the 440 N Ohio location was amazing! Very sweet and helpful! I did have to drive an hour away to retrieve the truck on pickup day at a location in Lyons KS although I understand that’s not something that U-Haul can control but it was a hike to get there and back to Salina.
