The two 6ten clerks were rude, short, and vague in explaining the process. They've yelled, ignored questions, and refused to give me their names. One clerk demanded that I would go out and take photos of the vehicle with my phone. And they snatched my phone touched all over it, and wouldn't allow me a sanitary wipe, in the midst of a pandemic. They also did not wear masks, and they took several customers before settling our business. I will never rent with uhaul again and I will strongly argue against any of my friends and family members who even thinks of renting a u haul. Totally disgusted with the experience.

This place charged my card even though my husband presented his card. They then charged his card 3 times! When I called they stated that it was in the UPS system and nothing they could do. I requested a manager and he said he couldn't get a hold of him and would call back. I think called 3 times and all busy tones. When I called ups they told me that they had refunded my husbands card (the wrong one) and not mine. UPS also couldn't get a hold of the location. My account ended up being overdraft and I had to call and get repaid the overdraft fees from my bank. My husband and I are still waiting for a refund for the incorrect charges.

The website let me book before they were open, but the manager (?) of the store came in early to give me the key! The location is a little rundown (major potholes) and there was someone else's large stroller still left in the truck, which unfortunately I didn't realize until I was packing up my things. Really quick pick up and drop off. Truck was in great condition and had a rear view camera, great if you're not used to driving large cars!

The man from whom I picked up the truck told me he had never attached a trailer before. Is there no training that people have to go through in order to rent out trailers???? He attached it for me, incorrectly, and a couple miles from the store it fell off in the middle of the street. A nice stranger stopped to help me and reattached it, incorrectly, and it fell off again. I finally attached it myself, found another dealer, and drove terrified to that store to make sure it was hitched properly to my car. My children and I drove across country terrified that we would lose our trailer at any minute because we could no longer trust that an authorized U-Haul dealer attached it correctly.

The 10' truck I rented, had a flat right passenger tire, it turns out the tire had a nail in it and the owner wanted me to just put air in it which I refused. I ended up renting a van, which ended up fitting all the stuff I had which was mainly a mattress and box spring (main reason for the 10' truck), originally i would have rented a van locally to me (not travel 40 mins for a 10' truck) since the phone rep indicated it wouldn't fit in the van. Overall, I got done what I needed to get done. No discount was offered for the hassle to travel so far to get a van I could have gotten locally.

Parking lot looks like war zone, back braking pot holes. Vagrant bums in lot asking for change, drunk as h—- Drug use Supply's for sale in store. Way on rong side of town Way beyond unhappy More like furious Never never use usual again Uhaul Will be out of business in two to four years Uhaul Had their time now with Poor service and so many other new choices shity old trucks Call me would love to vent more

My only issue was that the pick up location changed and I was never notified. So I went to the place that I booked my reservation with and has an email confirmation from. But then had to go elsewhere when he advised my reservation wasn't there. An email notification or text should have come but didn't.

it was a convenience store, not the best area, but its for a uhaul drop off.. open to midnight which was great for me... easy drop off, no questions

Terrible experience. Was accused of stealing the spare tire from the van. Yelled at by the people from this location, 6ten convenience store and deli, then charged a cleaning fee for an already dirty vehicle. Never again. Then when i told them im renting from somewhere else next time, they said they dont care.

Although the man who took the keys, dolly and rental furniture rugs was pleasant and helpful, this location was a filthy, garbage covered dirt parking lot in a sketchy part of town. I almost hesitated to leave this clean, new truck here. The reason we chose this location was its proximity to our NJ location but next time, I'll travel further not to have to see this place again.

If I request a four hour rental, the time should start from when I get keys, not when I arrive. It took a very long time to complete the check-in process.

Every time I tried to upload my photo of the truck I had a failed network notice from your server. It wasn't my phone. It was your server from that location. Very upsetting.

Well I paid 175 plus 20 for gas and extra 57 dollars came out to 260 close to 300 dollars that's a little to much 19.99 a day yeah I dont think so.almost 300 dollars that's crazy someone need to look into this I feel like I got ripped off guy says its 28 mile going 28 mile coming back gives me one price then I come back and I'm pay for mile and gas hmmmmm

Nothing needs to be improved. Nick and his wife at the store are two lovely people. My experience was good, and I know where I'll be getting another truck from. Thank you Uhaul and 6 Ten. I'll be back.

I guess i didn't fill out for my pickup time, so the wait was kinda long, due to limited staff. But he was friendly and very helpful. Everything aside, I would do business with that place again.

The store is very unkempt and in a sketchy area. I felt very uncomfortable while the clerk assisted as it took longer than expected. It was frustrating because I had already entered all the info he was asking for via on-line. Why did i even bother doing the pre-check?! I just wanted to get the heck out of there before possibly getting mugged by any of the creepy customers who strolled in. I'll NEVER rent from there again. On the positive side, the truck itself was perfect - very clean and well maintained.

I booked a uhaul from the Amwell location & was notified the day before that my reservation was being filled from the 902 Hamiliton location. I had to pass the Amwell location to get to the new pickup spot, and would you believe the Amwell location had two trucks at their location ALL DAY. Not sure why my reservation was changed the day before i was to pick up. Except that it added more miles to my overall charge.

Easy access. Used the 24/7 truck share feature via the app, and was in & out in 5 minutes. Man behind the counter was very friendly.

Did not check the truck in when I returned it and was angry with me for requesting a receipt for the time and date it was returned. Proceeded to check in the truck at the wrong time and charged me an extra day

They were very friendly and I got a great cargo van from them. It was basically in pristine condition, and it could fit a lot of my furniture. It also drove very well!
