I used my GPS to get to this location. It took me to the back of the establishment. The owner, I believe Dave, started yelling at me. Stating that I should go to the front. I tried to explain, but he just kept yelling. So now.. I AM LIVID. HE SAID WOULD YOU TO THE BACK OF A HOUSE TO ENTER IN SOMEONES HOME? SO NOW I'M BEYOND PISSED. THEN I GO TO THE TRAILER and the ONE TIRE IS FLAT. IT WAS.. I REFUSED TO TAKE IT WITHOUT IT HAVING ENOUGH AIR. THEY SAID NO. IT'S NOT FLAT. I SAID CHECK THE AIR. SO THEY DID.. AND IT NEEDED AIR. SO OF COURSE. I ASKED DID IT NEED AIR? (Sarcasm) he refused to answer. He hooked up the trailer. I did not want to think he would be spiteful and hook wrong, I didn't want to chance it.. After confirming my reservation I arrived and parked around back to check in and pick up my trailer. A man came out very angrily telling me I couldn't be there. That I had to go around front. I said I was there to pick up a trailer ? He again angrily and rudely said move around front. I said ok, I will move but please be nice. He again rudely repeated himself. In the front I waited a long time and a friendlier employee ( Chris) came to help me. We were were almost all the way through the process when Mr. Angry came in, leaned over his shoulder to "Check something on the computer" and wiped out the entire form so we had to start over again. I will NEVER go back there.lyndell D.
They insisted I buy accessories that I did not need, and would not allow me to return once they realized I did not need it. Equipment was very rusted. Employees using foul language. Would not suggest this location to my worst enemy. VERY disappointing.Travis F.
Honestly, I was not satisfied ... first they made me wait, the representative of mature age began to attend to the client who was behind me first, then when he attended to me, he attended to my husband and me in a rude way and in a great hurry, really he did not treat us in a friendly way. Even though the dirty truck was delivered to us at the back, we cleaned the truck and delivered it clean. I have rented trucks from you in other locations and everything has been fine, but I will not return to this location again.Antonio R.

To Whom it may concern, I just received my invoice via email . I was charged $ 56.41 which is incorrect. I returned the van Uhaul with more gas than what I used (attached proof pictures) . After I left the store this morning at 9:50 I started the van and realised that the tank had a little less than half tank ( I took a picture of the odometer at 9:52 and it also showed 1600 miles ( picture attached). Once I got home I re-looked at the paperwork and the clerk marked the wrong mileage and incorrect gas meter. This is very disappointing because I trust this company for my rental and this is not the first time I have rented from Uhaul. Please correct the amount, credit my credit card and resend invoice. I do not want to dispute with my credit card company, hopefully it will not be necessary If you are not able to assist, please provide the information necessary. The truck made a weird grinding noise when accelerating and turning, and the guy who hooked up the car dolly wasn't as helpful as the last person to rent a car dolly to me.Jeremy H.
847 southern blvd west palm beach has no regards for their clients. Rude, cocky, and obnoxious. My contract clearly stated that I have to drop off the 26 foot truck at that location but was completely stubborn and didn't not want to take the key from me. Instead he told me to exit the premises or ill get charge an extra 300 dollars. Then when I went to the location above they told me to go back to the southern address before me having to explain what went on over there. Best believe when I do move to Georgia uhaul is the last of my concerns. You truly have some rude employees!! The number one thing I hate is bad customer service and you people have them!! Never again, I will be posting this everywhere on social media with over 6.3million follower. I'm super mad at myself for giving you guy 287 dollar. After all the errors and ineptitude I delt with online and by phone, until I have the pill and realize they charged me for a corporate account and I did insurance that that did not ask for. They also check me in at noon and said I would return a 24-hour rental at 10 a.m. The should be mentioned that I was directions to three different locations before I actually got the van I had reserved.George M.

The location was great! Very professional. The uhaul website and check-in process was a nightmare. I chose it as the method for pick up because it was supposed to be faster and it took me almost 30 minutes longer to get the rental. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone!Saara S.

This location is OPENED at 8:30 am. I arrived at 8:34am as per my GPS. Was scheduled to return the truck at 8:00am. The man charged me $40 for extra day. Because I was late he said.. As per him I was 9min. Late. He is a layer.. He also exaggerated the gas meter. I have a photo. He charged me extra $12.75 for gas. He layed! The pointer is just little of half tank. When I pointed all this to him he said"You call uhaul, you don't talk to me about this". This man should not be in business serving people. He is a missleading fraud!!! THe also charged me for coverage $14. ???? Totally $69.55. For what? Am asking.wesley N.

The web let's you choose a pick up point, but the equipment I wanted was 20 miles away. They wanted to charge me the 40 miles to get back to my house. I had to go with different equipment.Robert S.

I reserved the trailer online with my credit card for a 1 day rental. When we picked up the trailer, my nephew gave the clerk his credit card to pay for the rental. The clerk said the total was $80 something. I said why because it's for 1 day rental & 1 day insurance. He didn't know why and I said it looks like you are charging me for 2 days, but this is a 1 day rental. He said my nephew's card would not be charged until Monday morning and they had cameras to verify when we returned it. We rented it on 11/18/17 at 11:30 am and returned it on 11/19/17 at 11:30 am. My credit card was charged $81.21 which is a 2 day rental fee plus 2 days of insurance and taxes. I called the number on the receipt and the clerk said he'd contact his representative and I should see a refund in 5-10 days. Really?????Anne W.
