I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback about my recent experience with your systems. Over the past few rentals, I’ve noticed a recurring problem, particularly at the end and beginning of each month, whenever I rent a truck from Uhaul. It seems that your system often overloads during these busy periods, which not only slows down the rental process but also results in multiple charges appearing on customers’ cards. I was recently overcharged on this rental in the amount of $150 which are still pending on my bank account.. For a company with your size and reputation, it’s important to address these ongoing technical issues. Customers should feel confident that they won’t encounter unexpected charges or system glitches when managing their rentals. I hope you will prioritize improving your systems to ensure a smoother, more reliable experience for everyone. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Did not have proper wiring to connect trailer. All stores were closed and could not buy it. Worker was not helpful or pleasant.

YVETTE MCalling to tell me you do not do 3-4 day rentals (when I do them all the time) is ridiculous. Changing my location and then my drop off was a major inconvenience. I leave a vehicle at the preferred location so I have transportation. I have done business with this and many other locations for decades. Do better.
ROBERT SNo one was at the location at the scheduled pick up time. Tried using the UHaul app with limited success. Ended up having to call customer service and was on hold for 25 mintues before an agent answered. The entier process delayed our departure by over an hour resulting in being late with no apology or offer of a discount. Next time I will use Penske or Budget.
MATTHEW BWhen asked if I needed to refuel before bringing back was told no. Also told I would not be charged extra miles. This was very upsetting as I was charged $ 44.00 for fuel and I would have refueled if given the correct information. My credit card was charged for and additional $73.49 in unapproved fees. I feel I was taken advantage of being an older woman.
