Calling to tell me you do not do 3-4 day rentals (when I do them all the time) is ridiculous. Changing my location and then my drop off was a major inconvenience. I leave a vehicle at the preferred location so I have transportation. I have done business with this and many other locations for decades. Do better.

No one was at the location at the scheduled pick up time. Tried using the UHaul app with limited success. Ended up having to call customer service and was on hold for 25 mintues before an agent answered. The entier process delayed our departure by over an hour resulting in being late with no apology or offer of a discount. Next time I will use Penske or Budget.
MATTHEW BWhen asked if I needed to refuel before bringing back was told no. Also told I would not be charged extra miles. This was very upsetting as I was charged $ 44.00 for fuel and I would have refueled if given the correct information. My credit card was charged for and additional $73.49 in unapproved fees. I feel I was taken advantage of being an older woman.
