Overall though I did not have a good experience with U-Haul. The original location was closed on Saturday and they had gates up that prevented you from driving off the lot.

I had to answer yes because I couldn’t submit this without answering all the questions. I really could not comment on the personnel because no one was there after hours but overall the after hours drop off experience was very good however it wasn’t explained to me before I got there.

KELLY AI received a bill via email for an extra day usage. I picked it up one day and returned it the following day so I don’t owe this! If it’s because of mileage, then that’s your fault. We had a 20’ truck reservation, received a call that the drop off dealer needed a 26’ at his location so they upgraded me to a 26’ for no extra charge. Then I got a call that the 26’ was out of commission for repairs, the 20’ previously reserved was gone, so I had to drive a distance to get a 20’. This was no fault of mine. Please remove the bill.

DAVID KDropped off U-haul after hours on Thursday 2/27/2025 and they didn’t bother to mark it returned until today 3/14/2025. They let that U-haul sit out there for FIFTEEN days. Costing over $600 in fees. Please learn how to do your job or take the the U-haul signage off your building.

DEREK SReturning the truck and trailer was flawless. Three men came out, took possession of the rental equipment, unloaded my pickup from the car hauler and parked for me. All in all, these folks were motivated, prompt, efficient, polite and professional. Best I’ve ever seen. Exceeded any expectation I had. It was nothing short of awesome! Much appreciated!!
TIMOTHY MI had an overall good experience here. The guy who helped me was super friendly and easy to deal with. The vehicle had not been cleaned, however. The floor mats were dirty and there was a sticky residue in and around the cup holder (like spilled soda or something). The cargo area had also not been cleaned, but it was too bad either. Otherwise everything was fine.
