Dawn MThe starting milage was off on my contract. I did not know this until returning the vehicle and got a final bill. Luckily, I took a photo of the starting milage and was able to easily dispute the additional charges - although I was charged for some of the additional fees without my knowledge - the funds were refunded the next day.
