Dale Ano easy way to get to the location and this location has no place to drop off. i have to literally drop off the trailer on the side of the road, dangerous and not safe and there is no personnel to help you to undo the trailer, you do it all yourself.
CHAKRAPANI RThe only downside was the road blocked because of the construction, but I understand that's not on your hands, so I didn't reflected that on the review rate.
WENDY JNot the fault of the kid at 700 Block Storage, but the engine light kept going on/off. Unit was clean. Blankets were in a ripped bag, hard to tell if any fell out.
GREGORY LGreat location in SLC, provided after hours drop off, and great service, I was able to go back the next day and pick up some items we left behind the seat
FERNANDO PKim, Dallas, and Ben are the absolute best! They were incredibly helpful in securing the location which was very important to me. They are kind, helpful, and professional. I would recommend them to anyone. 5+ stars all day long.

TABARE NI was charged for two days when I should only have been charged for one.
SPENCER JI did not get my equipment and I was charged twice for an extension.
Tyler SLocation is convenient, truck was not swept out. Front desk staff weren't experienced in installing trailer, had to transfer reservation. Saturday attendant was very nice and helpful in transferring the trailer and getting me taken care of. Friday employee did not give me very informed answers to my questions

John GUhaul wasn’t clean and in a bad area of town. Lots of homeless around when dropping off at 10p
TYLER HThe pickup location wasn’t a U Haul location, but was a storage facility location. The windshield of the truck was filthy, and the facility probably didn’t have the proper equipment to clean it. The staff however was professional.

Kent BNo clear sign to walk around corner of building for key drop box nobody helped me I drop off outside of business hours. Why do you list not applicable as a choice if the survey rejects with that answer. Also your app glitches and in the online return I had to turn off the app and start over because it would either freeze or close itself. Worst app I have every used very unreliable.
Megan MNo parking for the uhauls so returning at this location was pretty rough.
Gage HI had reserved a truck at a totally different location. I knew I was going to have to take an Uber from my hotel and the place I had chosen was close to that location. Then I was called and told that they didn't have a truck fro me at that location and I had to pick it up at this place....making my Uber amount much higher..

Joel AGot charged extra for gas despite the level remaining at 1/4 just like I got it. Definitely gonna recommend all my friends use Budget trucks through Costco from now on.
Zachary LLady who rented it to me told me it was due back at 10:30 am the next day when it was really due back at 9:30 am Returned the truck at 9:45 and was charged for an extra day 😡

David WI was charged for pad/blankets and a moving dolly (because I reserved them), but the location didn't have any. I was charged $17 for them, was told I would be refunded, but have not been refunded yet.

Nathaniel HPoint out to the customer where to return the keys to the rental truck, to (when returning the truck after hours). The 'key return box' pictured in the online instructions, I could not find.
