The pickup location wasn’t a U Haul location, but was a storage facility location. The windshield of the truck was filthy, and the facility probably didn’t have the proper equipment to clean it. The staff however was professional.

Kent BNo clear sign to walk around corner of building for key drop box nobody helped me I drop off outside of business hours. Why do you list not applicable as a choice if the survey rejects with that answer. Also your app glitches and in the online return I had to turn off the app and start over because it would either freeze or close itself. Worst app I have every used very unreliable.
Megan MNo parking for the uhauls so returning at this location was pretty rough.
Gage HI had reserved a truck at a totally different location. I knew I was going to have to take an Uber from my hotel and the place I had chosen was close to that location. Then I was called and told that they didn't have a truck fro me at that location and I had to pick it up at this place....making my Uber amount much higher..
