It's winter time and they give me a van that no winter tire! I was stuck in snow for like 1hour! And the snow is only 1 inch! I have to call for help.

Amazing, I showed up and the vehicle was running for me, the check in online was super easy, the in person phone call was very smooth and I couldn't stop talking about how easy and flawless it was to rent a vehicle. Amazing cheap prices. The only thing you could that could be improved is better signage and where to park. It's not easy to tell where the office is.

There was no sign indicating that it was an u-haul pick up station. It took a long time to find the place. It was also quite stressful as the office hours were only three hours, we almost missed it while looking for the u-haul sign.

The location is fine but I found the price to be so high for the service and equipment used. Did everything online or on the phone. I honestly feel that 156 dollars For 5 hours and 81 miles is insane

In my experience, the location was good but the truck was not. We had to boost the truck 4 times in our driveway and it wouldn't stay running. The light in the back said it would shut off after 30 minutes but it didn't and drained the battery. I will be renting from another moving van company next time.

This was not the original place of pickup The place that I had reserved and paid for a uhaul truck messaged me the morning of pickup sending me to another location as he had no truck Upon arrival at the next location they informed me they also had no truck for me and that the previous representative should not have sent me to this location They sent me onto the Parsons Road location where the kind fellow there did some switching of reservations and found us a truck We lost over an hour chasing from one location to another. It was very stressful after an 8 hour drive to Alberta to do this move Very unorganized company and I hope to never need their services any time soon

I noticed there was no lock provided to secure the contents of the truck and there were no hooks to stabilize the ramp. These are items I have received with previous uhaul orders but other than that the service was great and the truck very clean.

Uhaul would do well to or have this individual represent your brand. The drivers door lock had been popped out. When I realized this I was advised to not lock the door. All of the communications with this individual were unprofessional, abrupt and rude When I returned the truck I suggested he may use some manners. At that he told me to return the truck online and threaten to charge me and additional 20%.. because of my suggestion he use manners

Stop the hidden fees. It went from costing me just $50 for the day to $190. Absolutely ridiculous. I was given the U-Haul with only just over a quarter tank of gas, and when I returned after 8 hours, it was just below a quarter. YOU GUYS WERE GONNA CHARGE ME FOR RETURNING IT WITHOUT FILLING THE TANK WHEN I HAD VERY LITTLE TO START WITH. ABSOLUTE BULLSH*T. Never using U-Haul again.

Did not provide pictures or description of where truck was left for picking up outside of business hours. Extremely frustrated that for getting the key there was only a vague description saying that it would be in a lock box with multiple locks, while there was no such thing at this location. Key was in small lock at back of truck. Very confusing and frustrating. Would have been fine if there was a picture or proper description for the right key location applicable!

The representative was very unprofessional, Harsh, rough and stress giver to me being a customer. He wanted to charge on every option, e.g. dropping the key to the box I would never go to this location or refer anybody. I'd rather write to UHaul of this poor service and rep.

Confusion with online pick up. Had no idea where the key Box was to enter code to get key. Employee ended up bringing me my key. Same with key return. Was told by employee to do a different process than web site was explaining. Everything worked out and employee was awesome, but hate it when instructions don't align with actual.

I set up the self serve option, and when I arrived to the facility to pick up my vehicle, the keys were not accessible and I had to wait until they opened. This defeats the entire purpose of the self serve.

I have a good experience overall. Just got a small issue about the insurance being charged even I did not purchase it. I saw it was refunded after sending email. Hope not to experience it next time.

I found it very difficult to set everything up in terms of picking up the vehicle. When I called to speak with someone I asked about the pick up process and their response was "Uh I don't know. read online"

The location was very confusing to pick the rental up from. They had a sign on a door stating they are in the back and to yell for assistance. When we went into the back there was no one there and I did not feel that I should have to yell for assistance. The individual at this location was very rude and extremely unprofessional. We had booked the rental for 2 days and on the fist day we had it he was texting me telling me there would be a fee if we returned it after hours. After hearing that the location was only open for a couple hours a day I asked if I could return it to another location and was simply told it was a $275 fee to drop it off at another location. When I simply asked why that was he called me and very rudely and unprofessionally stated that it was a $275 so either drop it off during hours or there would be fee and I could call customer service if I had a problem with that. I felt this was very unnecessary to be treated like this when it was a simple and unreasonable question. I did call customer service and they were much more helpful and explaining that drop off could be arranged but it would have had to be prearranged. I will not be recommending this location to anyone that I know and I really hope that someone will address this mans extreme lack of professionalism when running a business. Also I think that if a location has very short hours in a day then there should be an option to return it to another location that has better hours (especially since certain trucks are only available at certain locations). I will be writing further reviews to discourage people from going to this location to prevent them from the experience that I had.

Please make sure your trucks are mechanically fit for your clients to have smooth experience. And I request to all customers please never ever rent a truck with this company that has an engine warning lights on unless you wanna pit yourself in danger. I did rent a truck today for moving, and hired 2 labour to help me out with the moving. In middle the truck got broke down and we had to be on the road for 2 and a half hours for the roadside assistance to show up and get it repaired. By the time the furniture we had the deal set up got already sold and i ended up paying the labour charge for 3 hours for 2 people for nothing. After-all these i reported this incident with U-haul customer service and the a manager Mr. Jhon got back to me over the phone and replied he can live of with the $19.95 Truck rental fee and so he'll wave the mileage cost for me. After all this happened, he wasn't even willing to acknowledge that was a mistake happened from his side or his U-haul dealer side. Before i took the truck i took the photo of the dash board and it clearly showed the engine warning light was on and the reply i got was, thats fine its just the tire pressure. I should actually sue the company and the dealership for putting my life in danger by providing a mechanically unfit truck for my moving purpose. Even the road side assistance team acknowledged that the dealer shouldn't have given the Truck which had an engine warning light on and Which i reported. After all this do you think i should recommend this company. For what purpose. Such a worst experience and disrespectful customer service. I'll have to mention that the roadside assistance team and customer service team did their job well. Thanks and not anymore to U-haul, would rather trust a local company.

Online checking is useless if the associate at the store is just going to ask me all the same questions for 30 min, then tell me I'm late picking up, I was 15 mins late, but it's also my money. Truck was clean but definitely not well maintained, squealing and grinding sounds all the time, hard shifting at times, guy on the phone was very unprofessional, repeating himself like a record and I even had to tell him multiple times "ok next step". Very rude, treated me like I was an inconvenience to him, told me keys were in the drop box, once we finally got to that stage, nope, he came out was trying to hand me the keys, I told him just drop them on the ground. Will not use that location ever again. I have had only this one situation with uhaul where I wasnt treated properly, used you guys few times in the past and it was always a good experience. Homeboy should be retrained in conduct of customers.

This man has no customer service skills what so ever. Not only did he threaten me with the police over a stupid late truck but he also charged me a cleaning fee as a late charge because I cleaned that truck top to bottom thede shouldn't have been any added charge. You should be more wary of who you let represent you.

The operator of this location could do more to be friendly. He was somewhat short-tempered and when I had questions both face-to-face or on the phone outside the office, he would interrupt and cut me off saying "thank-you, goodbye" and either walking away or hanging up the phone. I don't think he meant to be unfriendly, but I believe he was flustered because he seemed to be dealing with several customers at once. He might benefit from some training on customer service.

It was a pain to get the truck. The operator was telling me all the additional fees that I may have to pay, nickle and diming. Plus the rental location must be open to get the truck as there is no way to get it 24/7. He also wanted me to sent extra pictures is MMS as the ones U-Haul asks for is no good. Won't fo to this location ever again.

The first vehicle given starts but does not drive. It was probably because the original keys were stolen and the replacement did not exactly work. The engine starts but when you shift the gear to drive it does not drive which might be because of a safety feature.
