The building's alarm was sounding loudly throughout the entire pickup process, which made the experience even more stressful. On top of that, the app repeatedly rejected the required photos, and I had to take multiple pictures before one was finally accepted. The entire process took approximately 25 minutes. Once I started driving, several warning lights continuously appeared on the dashboard. First, the check engine light came on, followed by the Tow/Haul warning, then a tire pressure warning, and finally a message stating, "Left front tire is low (under-inflated). Inflate the tire." I stopped several times to inspect the tire and added air to the recommended PSI, but the warning never cleared. Because of these ongoing warning messages, I did not feel safe driving the vehicle and decided to return the truck approximately three hours earlier than planned. When I returned the truck and dropped off the keys, a U-Haul representative came outside, and I informed him about the warning lights. His response was, "Don't pay attention to the warning lights. It's an old truck—it's okay to drive it as is." I found this response concerning, as dashboard warning lights are important safety indicators, and I did not feel comfortable continuing to operate a vehicle displaying multiple warnings.

Check engine light and tire monitor system lights were both on in the vehicle. It doesn't really give a user peace of mind.
James SThey told me “to put the key in the door and make sure it dropped all the way down”, after I returned the truck I looked to see if there was anywhere on the building to drop the key. I couldn’t find anywhere, so I figured he meant the truck door. They called the morning after while I was at work. Asked where it was I told them. They got mad at me and told me I would be charged because they had no spare keys and then hung up. I couldn’t even get more words in. They are very rude and should be more clear instead of rushing things.
