The vehicle exterior was dirty, which I guess doesn’t really matter. It had no washer fluid in it, which I didn’t realize til I got on the highway. Fluids should be a standard top up. There should be instructions as to where to access this branch. The address is on the front of the building, and there’s a sign inside indicating you should go to the back for u haul rentals.
Beth TCheck engine light on, truck has little power so uses more gas thus more money they charge you, there’s no boxes you can purchase, no blankets to use, no dolly, nothing. And the guy at the front overcharged me for cleaning fees when I left it empty and was super rude! Don’t recommend it’s an absolute money grab!
