Was terrible from start to finish. Location was closed at 2pm on a Thursday. Opened up the back and there was garbage. Turns out the garbage was an open condom wrapper, a male sex toy package and a lighter. The truck had just over half a tank of gas, smelled like cigarette smoke, check engine light was on and said had a low tire. Definitely would not recommend and will be calling support to escalate this incident

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe truck was not clean when I picked it up, there was dust on the Cargo Box floor, there was also a pair of used glove inside. We have had so many rental experience, and we did not think it was a problem. But this time, we got charged for the cleaning fee after return. I did sweep the cargo box before returning, and we have pictures showing the cargo box, there was not any noticeable dust or dirt. But I was charged for a cleaning fee. I would never recommend this location. Will post a google review too.
Wei GStop charging the insurance for the days which was not coverd. U hual charged me 2 additional days of insurance even though i retrun the vehicle next day.Pleae refund the 2 days
Varghese TThe location was fine. But had a major problem with the app. It wouldn't let me sign out the truck despite trying for 40 minutes. Wouldn't accept my postal code. Other issues as well. Tried to contact support, got a callback almost an hour later. I was on a schedule and couldn't wait. The local guy thankfully sorted it out manually, otherwise I'd have left several people hanging.
