The location was fine. But had a major problem with the app. It wouldn't let me sign out the truck despite trying for 40 minutes. Wouldn't accept my postal code. Other issues as well. Tried to contact support, got a callback almost an hour later. I was on a schedule and couldn't wait. The local guy thankfully sorted it out manually, otherwise I'd have left several people hanging.

The virtual process is not ideal, I prefer going to a location with staff but in the end all the problems were corrected.
Dave MMobile and counter pickups are very confusing and the owners seem to bypass the app somehow.
Luiz FI was charged way more it wasn’t expected.
amit kThe drop off location treated me as a customer well however was unable to handle the equipment due to storage limitations on site. The clerk did get into contact with U-Haul and alternate plans were established to go to a different location.
