I recently rented a U-Haul truck and had a fantastic experience, largely thanks to the excellent service I received. Pickup and return were both incredibly easy. I especially want to commend Andi for making the entire process seamless, particularly as I was using the after-hours option. She was incredibly polite, informative, and an absolute pleasure to speak with. Her helpfulness made what could have been a stressful experience, smooth and hassle-free. I recommend this U-Haul location and if you have the pleasure of interacting with Andi, you'll be in great hands!

As a Christian I normally do not swear. The girl although helpful, greeted me with the "F" word because of what I was wearing. Very inappropriate and unnecessary.

Too few and too tight of parking spots. Need more room behind the trucks to be able to park them well as an inexperienced truck driver.

I normally drive a sedan, so driving a bigger vehicle I thought it would be intimidating. But totally the opposite In fact, because of the 2 side mirrors that are wide and long, I was able to back in the vehicle better than my sedan

It was just a parking lot, but your review system is broken and won’t let me submit with “no applicable” I should say I’ve been underwhelmed but U-HAUL’s technical services overall, and the store employees have expressed a lot of frustration with its current state. Room for improvement there.

He charged me for a different insurance plan than what I picked online and didn’t tell me it cost differently. The receipt was printed so small I didn’t notice until I saw the credit card charge.

I got my pick up and location drop off changed which changed my rate at to which I didn't know till checkout at that moment. That pick up Change was a incovience and drop off had no place to park.!!

Ditto the remarks above.....we reiterate our comments about Caleb Konecheck and Christina Piatt!! They are pleasant, kind, accommodating and professional. The Center is always very clean as is the case with our rental trucks...they are always clean and ready for us.

They was there for me to do a pick up then had me do an online pick up but didn't do it correctly. Was rude and mean when called and asked them what was going on. Never again will I pick up here if I need to

The rental went very well and the mobile check out/in was easy to use. I did have to dispute some pictures because of minor damage to the vehicle that didn’t seem to be annotated. Not that the damage was bad at all, but I didn’t want to be responsible. A listing of previous damage during the confirmation of vehicle condition would be helpful.

Place was great except they robbed me for $45 when I reserved the uhaul online I said I don’t want the insurance after I got the uhaul and they emailed me the contract they charged me for the most expensive $45 insurance (which I didn’t want) if your gonna do that why not hit me w the $28 insurance nope they hit me w the $45 if anyone has moved before as you know it’s expensive enough already as it is let alone w them tacking on whatever insurance they want to add to your contract so check your contract and make sure you add it all up and if it don’t make sense better say something as I was in a rush and didn’t think anything of it at the time

I would recommend staff mention the benefits of straps or just include them with the rental. Luckily, I didn’t need them, my haul was not stacked but more to the floor. But, if I did stack I would’ve needed something to secure, if you don’t do this much, you may not think about the importance of straps

Only needed a van or pick-up io pick up a curio cabinet in Mc Murray but was told I had to bring the vehicle back there? Also all they had was a 20 foot truck which was a lot more truck then I needed and it cost more to rent and more in gas! It was very clean but they had a 15 footer there but they said it had to stay there? It was an expensive trip

15 ft truck was not ready so needed to take different truck. However, location was easily accessible and customer service was quick to help fix.

The place didn't open until 9 am but I was able to make a reservation to pick up the truck at 8:30 am. I had to wait until someone arrived to open the office.

The key box was difficult to open. Posr better instructions. Also, Uhaul return app didn't work. Tried for over 20 mins but it wouldn't accept 5he mileage/fuel level pictures. Awful.

It was convenient, but the pick up and drop off process was awful. I had to try at least 4 times before it would go through and then I finally had to drop the keys in the drop box because it would not go through. It was very frustrating.

The inside of my truck was extremely dirty and I had to clean for roughly 30 minutes before I was able to place personal belongings inside truck. I have pictures to validate claim.

There didn't seem to be coordination between local staff and online system. What I was actually paying for was very confusing. The interior of the box was absolutely filthy.

The truck was very dirty inside cab and bed. A loose dolly and blankets everywhere. Then when you return the truck you can’t put it was dirty because it will charge you $25. On a positive note. When I called to tell the lady in the office she was extremely nice and apologetic.
