Had an issue getting in door of office, knocked when I couldnt get door open. Noone came to door. Called Uhaul phone number on door, then person came to door. Then computer system not working, had to do transaction via phone. THEN , got to truck to perform the mobil process. Took pictures. Truck full of dried mud. My stuff then got dirty from mud. Need several changes to process.
