JANE PKeep vehicles sanitized especially in the cabin. And if there is a language barrier like what was experienced upon return, have a translator for the customer to speak to so the rep can understand the customer and vice-versa.
ANDRO WDriver side wiper blade came off and we almost had an accident during heavy rain thunderstorms, Also we noticed the wipes were worn out my son put it back 2 more times and kept coming off my wife was in shock.

Nick LI was charged for fuel when I filled the truck to almost 6/8. I took a picture of the fuel gauge afterwards. I asked the store clerk to inspect, but he refused. He said that they inspect all trucks in the evening shift.
Tracy Wthe van was dirty, I found a bottle of water inside. The worst part is that there were cheap fines, my wife almost had a heart attack. it was very disgusting. I paid 83 dollars, I think they should give me a discount.
Helcio Cthe only problem i had was that the side mirrors is almost impossible to move them. they are not electrical but manually is extremely hard to adjust.

Audrene TAbsolutely terrible experience. Showed up and my truck wasnt ready so I had to settle for a smaller truck. Then said smaller truck was just disgusting inside, dirt and leaves everywhere, and giant puddles of water all over. To top it all off, I ordered a dolly and a dozen furniture pads. They didnt have the dolly, but they had furniture pads...which were covered in mulch. How is it even possible to fuck up that much?

I only had movers for 2 hours so I preferred a 20 foot truck- when I got there they didn’t have the size I needed and after I settled for the smaller one it didn’t have a mirror so I got another truck same small size. (20 minutes wasted …movers are waiting on me at my home) Apparently the odometer has a problem on the truck I drove- I was charged for 40 miles when I drove less than 8 miles-(could have been less, I drove from ihaul to my house to the storage into back to my house back to the storage unit back to until- everyone including myself, the storage unit are literally within my zip code. This was a horrible experience to say the least.

Ann KThat U-Haul should’ve never been rented to us and I hope it doesn’t get rented to another family until it is fixed. The driver side door looks like a crowbar had been taken to it, there were dents all over the truck, the inside had stains on the seats, and the left blinker did not work. I am severely disappointed and upset that I paid $129 for a product that was not worth that money. The only good thing about the truck was that it was at full fuel level when we got it. We get that it can be complicated but it still doesn’t mean that that was worth $129. That’s a lot of money.

CURTADIUS DI am very disappointed in the service from the U-Haul located at 8000 Belvedere Rd., West Palm Beach, FL 33411. The mileage was off and needed to be corrected before I stepped foot in the U-Haul van. Then, nobody checked the van upon my return. I filled up the gas tank, and am overcharged for returning the van at 7/8 of tank. (They said tank was on half a tank on my receipt.) I want credit for the extra gas I put into the U-Haul tank and will be in contact with corporate to complain! This location already has poor ratings, and I will never use them ever again!
Shari HUhaul should check the vehicles reserved before the renting time. We arrived at our chosen destination on time to pick up the uhaul we rented and needed. After we arrived and spoke to someone about our rental, now around 15 minutes after our reservation, we got a text saying that our location got moved. I understand that maybe the uhaul we rented at the original location may have needed repairs or cleaning or something after the previous use, but I should have been notified way sooner so that we could problem solve calmly and plan for it. We had timed things with our baby to make the uhaul use more convenient for us, but all that failed. We struggled unnecessarily if they had just let us know before our pick up time.
Annette Cwhen we dropped off the truck they were too busy to come out and check it and we could not wait 20 mins for them, they charged me 19.99 fuel fee i put gas in the truck they told me not to worry they didn't have to come out . I called about the fee and they were very rude and hung up the phone on me.Told me to complain to anyone I want. Very rude will never order from them again I should not have to pay. I would not want this location to represent UHAUL terrible experience!!!
Jesee MThey tried to rent me a 10’ for a 15’ which I refused to take. The truck that was rented to me needs maintenance and serviced badly… the steering wheel is messed up and you can barely turn. The take off is bad also. The place was very busy so it took about 30 minutes just to get everything done for me to rent the truck. The overall customer service was ok though. They don’t really understand English so it was hard for me to explain to them about what was wrong with the truck.
Senabria LDefinitely clean and spray the Uhaul between customers because the one I had had small roaches. The staff at the gas station were very friendly, unfortunately the location is very busy. It took 30 minutes to find and process my reservation. A Uhaul sign outside of the gas station is needed and a designated Uhaul counter is also needed inside.

Michelle Gfacility states that i dropped the truck off on empty when that is false,i dropped it off with the same quarter tank of fuel that it had.they charged me $35 in fuel and $30 to put fuel ,total scam.if i dont get a $65 credit i will never use uhaul again.

Alan N1- The car was dirty inside 2- No Ramp to take the stuff inside 3- Gas was less than what they told me. The lady who helped me was VERY nice. The manager didnt care. I called him and he never called me back. When I went back to take the car I told the managet and didnt care.

Jaime GI ordered a hand truck and 40 blankets. Only after i inspected the truck did i discover there was neither. The attendant did get me a hand truck, but said he had no blankets. I had to take time and pay to rent blankets elsewhere. After returning, i was charged for an additional 500 miles that I didnt put on the truck. No paperwork, all online with electronic paperwork that was small i couldnt read the volumes of pages, and the small print could not be expanded on my phone.
Dennis MIt is more than 24 hrs since I returned the truck and I didn’t get my receipt yet. The manager was contacted this morning regarding the issue.
Rossivaldo CThe attendant was nice enough person ‘Chris’. I received the contract and it had several incorrect items: 1. Several dents and scratches on the driver side door and front bumper. ( I took pictures, they were successfully uploaded.) 2. Mileage was incorrect. (I also took pictures and were uploaded.) 3. Amount of gas was incorrect! The truck had less than what was in the paperwork. ( I took pictures and it was uploaded) 4. Truck was not clean. The attendant made me aware of this at pickup, had no choice but to take the truck and clean it out before loading! When I returned, the attendant was busy and could not check me out and the truck. I returned the truck with the same amount of gas and/or slightly more, so I am extremely surprised I was charged for two gallons of gas along with a service fee! This is not correct! Please provide the before photos showing correct amount of gas at pick up as I made a note of this when I returned the truck. As for future improvements: make sure the information customer receives is correct! As stated: the amount of gas and mileage were incorrect. Secondly damage to the outside of truck was incorrect! I took pictures. Also have the rental truck clean so we don’t have to clean it before loading. I’d like a response to my charges for gas and service please asap including an updated receipt taking that off my bill. Sincerely, Walter Orihuela
Walter OThe close out was not done properly. The person who rented me the vehicle and who received the key upon my return said I could leave and I would receive my receipt via email. I was over charged and received the text to inspect the vehicle 2 hours after I returned it.

Meaghan SThe truck itself was 'clean'. Unfortunately... the cab had an over whelming stench of awful body odor. It hit me as soon as I opened the door. So bad that... if it was not a nice day (enabling driving with windows down), I would have walked away from the rental/reservation.

Keith RI felt disappointed that the 3 location that I was sent to the truck was unavailable had to wait for Manger to come in. Extremely disappointed with that. Manger isn't in today can't rent a truck. Had to drive an additional 50 miles which put the price up. No one tried to accommodate me with any discount. Brought truck back with little over 1/4 tank of gas. Discount is needed.
CLARA JI had to go to this location because my previous location had no vehicle that I wanted available for me.. it was the third time that they did that to me and I'm not going to that location anymore. I am talking about the location off of Okeechobee Road near Military Trail. They never have the vehicle that you want available and they always force you to spend more money and delay your whole day and end up late for your commitments because of their mistakes. They do not foreseen anything and they just keep getting the business flow coming in without conditions to attend to everyone. That is super unprofessional!

Monique TThe gas wasn't full so there was no gauge to determine how much to put back except to fill it, more than I used. The tire pressure light was on and you couldn't read the mileage due to the error code. And i ordered an Appliance dollie amd they tried to give me a hand truck. Then stated that is what I ordered, when I pulled it up on my reservation they stated their computer only shows the other and they do not have Appliance Dollies. The people were friendly and they took the dollie of my bill, it was overall a quick l process as I ordered everything online. They are remodeling and I think they are using the uhauls for storage and such.

Andra WNever been so furious at the lack of competence of a company. I went to pick up my truck at Ballews Auto. There was a sign posted outside saying they no longer rent u-haul. After contacting U-Haul I was forced to travel 25 miles out of my way to pick up a truck. I have not been re-imbursed for the extra niles or gas. Come to find out Ballews has not been renting U -Haul for almost a year. Customer service is not near the top of the list for U-Haul. If I had an alternative, I would never use U-Haul again.
