How U-Haul Reviews WorkNot sure if problem was the location or with U-Haul Online Registration. Reserved 15' truck with 2 furniture dollies. Upon arrival the site had no furniture dollies. The furniture carpets were wet and smelly. Plus the final price was double what U-Haul Online quote was. Communication was the other problem. We are white english speaking individuals and the girl at the service counter English was not very good nor could understand English clearly. Took almost 1 hour to get paperwork completed and get out truck we preregistered for. It does not appear as though the Belvedere Rd. Inc. site ever received our registration information from U-Haul so I can't put all the blame on them. But overall the experience we had was terrible and likely will have a negative impact on whether we do business with U Haul in the future.
JIM WGot a surprise $25 cleaning charge which I've never received before
Eugene LVery busy place. I have no complaints.
james bThe smell of gas was all inside the cab for three days that we had it. My husband had to drive with the windows down the entire drive.
