When arriving at this location, no one was there although we went during the posted hours of operation. The instructions for drop off were also unclear, as it was not a clearly marked U-Haul location other than just a couple of U-Haul trucks parked in the back. We had to call and were told someone would take care of it in the morning. We had to un-hitch the trailer on our own and there was no receipt of drop-off available aside from the phone call. However, it was marked returned and went through shortly after. Clearer communication would be a good improvement in the future.CHARLES D.

Uhaul didn't Inform them that we were coming to pick up the truck in advance. They had no idea and were on vacation. Luckily they actually had the truck for us there and we had access to pick it up. Strange and a little frustrating.Matthew W.

The running lights on the trailer did not work! I did not discover this until after dark, about 9:00 p.m. on the first day of the rental. I had to go to Walmart and buy a wiring kit to re-wire the connection between the trailer my truck. U-haul's website, online reservation system, and telephone system is terrible! I reserved moving equipment that was not available. I reserved a trailer at another location that was not available!Robert J.

First of All you should make it CLEAR that a mandatory 2 day rental is billed!!!!!!!! I was told I was given a grace time but would ONLY BE BILLED FOR THE 6 HRS I used it....only to find out that I was charged regardless..... I'm very disappointed with UHAUL. Crystal BoydCrystal B.

The guy was nice there where some issues. I am not say they were his fault directly. There is a great deal of room for improvement. The truck had only a quarter of a tank of gas. There was what looked like dog hair in the front of the vehicle. There was also no dolly. I had to drive to another location to get a dolly. I had to wait in the rain to get the truck for 45 min. Their was no room at the return location or a way to get in. Someone that was a storage rental customer finally let me in after traffic was backed up for a mile. Then I saw a very small sign that had drop off directions. This was a terrible experience. I choose U-Haul because I thought it was a trusted brand name. I am canceling my other reservations and getting a truck elsewhere.Larry D.

It started out as an overbooked reservation and a very unhappy customer. However; the Manager on 124 Highway, Snellville Ga., turned it around for the Best. Even though he sent me to Loganville for a available Truck once I arrived the customer service was AMAZING!!!! And the one way dropping the truck off in Sandy Spring was just as NICE! I was treated terribly . The truck was not clean I had to keep adding oil as the light kept coming on. I was charged more then what the internet reservation originally said. The man was very inappropriate with speaking to my wife ... this was a horrible experience and I plan to contact corporate to address this disgusting businessJoseph R.

I would never use another location than this one. On this day March 8th I had 5 reservations!!! This location being my 5th. Thank God he knew what he was doing. I 800 uhaul absolutely suck! I will steer away from ever using uhaul again.DEANNA T.

The truck wasn't there when my brother got there to pick it up but the gentlemen working there called someone who uses it often to move others, the truck was returned in 30 minutes. Very helpful and great customer service.Chrissy G.

We couldn't locate the key drop off box and went next door to a convenience store to ask where it was. Luckily a customer knew where it was and was able to direct us. We had blankets we rented. No one was there at our location - so we left them locked in the truck cab. The drop off location itself looked like a dump. It had an abandoned trailer home on it. The entrance was not marked well so we missed the turn in. I would think UHaul would want better representation than something that looks a place where Walter White is hanging out...Mary C.
