These folks were great. Equipment recently serviced. And most importantly they did -exactly- what they said they would do. I had a nightmare experience with the folks at the Uhaul place in town. And will gladly drive the few miles to rent from these folks again.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkLights! It was extremely dark at the office at night. Couldn’t find the lock boxes. Also, there are two different locations in the same strip so it’s extremely confusing. More detailed pick up instructions would help (lock boxes are on side of storage container). Was already extremely frustrated by having to change pick up locations then was unable to pick up on time due to being unable to find the lock boxes. When we returned in the morning, the folks running the office were extremely nice and helpful.
