I returned the U-Haul same day and a gentleman was there but they was open door locked I called the number he stated me to drop the key in drop box and I’m good to go , U-Haul charged my card 2 days in a row making my bill almost 200s! Now I have to wait days for my money to come back I’m very pissed and upset this was very poor management and I’m livid !

Clarisa Rwe returned the truck a day early with more gas then it had when we picked it up. The man sitting at the counter looking at his phone didnt get up, barely spoke, didnt want to look at the truck, offered no paperwork to sign as returned. Then we got a bill for an extra day of service, even though we dropped it off a day early. If the employee isnt supposed to do any of these things then I apologize, it just seems as though the employee would want inspect the truck and check the quantity of gas.
