Plenty of parking. Did self checkout over phone. Never talked to anyone.
William BIt was alot of hard work, but we were happy to have the affordable option to move ourselves. I can see where there is a need to have people available at both ends to hire hourly for loading and unloading. We were lucky to have family and friends, but everyone is not that lucky.

Candace RFirst the cab of the vehicle showed signs of not being very well cleaned. The container spaces were dirty & sticky with some kind of residue. Second I had to put $100. worth of gas before I left the lot.

TYRONE HMake your pickup and drop off less complicated. Someone who is not computer savvy could not do this. I know how to do things on a phone but this was very confusing and not user friendly. I would not recommend this process for my friends and family.
doug rHave a prepaid Visa card I was using. Was informed when I picked up the truck that there was a 100.00 deposit to use it. Didn't know that or might of missed it when reading. Maybe make it more known on the ordering web sight.
RONDAL HWe were not made aware that the uhaul drop off location was closed on Sunday, which is when it was convenient for us to return the truck, as we work during the week. We brought the truck to our drop off location and called the number provided to us on our contract. The person who (eventually) answered us told us that uhaul was closed and that we could leave the key in a drop box. There was no drop box anywhere to be found after myself, my husband, and both of my parents looked around for one. The man on the phone also told us we could give the key to the attendant at the register inside the gas station, which we did not feel comfortable with 1) for liability reasons and 2) for COVID reasons. We wound up leaving the truck and my stepdad brought the key back for us Monday morning. He wound up having to bring inside the store anyway. Again, nothing about this experience was contactless. The truck itself ran fine and smelled clean when we picked it up. We have another uhaul booked in two weeks and now we are considering using another service that takes Covid guidelines and safety regulations more seriously. Overall completely unsatisfied by the entire experience.

GLEN SThe person checking me out and in was very polite, professional, and patient. The box had debris in it and there was trash in the cupholder. The front tires were excessively worn on the outer edges. By the time I returned, cords were starting to show. The windshield had a lot of bug residue. This was a last minute location change from Cars & More on Hwy 905. Express 90 let me park my car there overnight and there were no issues.
WILBUR MLeave the rate at what you print and don't charge a extra card 118 dollars to the bill when we return the truck back the time we was told and was charge extra for gas that we made sure we put back in the truck the same as it was when we picked it up we got pictures of when we pick up with gas and mileage and the same when we drop it back off

Charles WSeeing how they have just started this service I did not know what to expect. But when we walked in to the store Vee the owner made us feel Welcome and that we were part of his family. The truck was ready, full of fuel and was spotless. If I need another U-Haul or if someone want to rent one I will send them to 90 Express.

Ricky MMy original pickup point was change to this location. There was confusion on the vehicle transporter. I had to go back and forth between locations. We had to get uhaul area supervisor involved. It was a frustrating and disappointing experiencce.
ray lAgain clerk said he didn’t handle Uhaul transactions. Called uhaul and was told to do self return or take to a different location. Area we left the trailer was littered with beer bottles and liquor bottles. Made it very difficult to get required pictures.
Darlene HUhaul was definitely a secondary consideration at this gas station.

Steven VThe drop-off was scheduled to be at 1617 4th St in Conway. The business was closed and there was no drop-off box to leave the key. Customer Service had to send me to another drop-off location. She was very helpful and polite.
