My only negative was when I walked into the store, the person behind the counter was rude and not helpful just telling me they were Uhaul was closed and I had to do it online. That was it. I did figure it all out, and the process, while cumbersome, went flawless. Thank you

William BIt was alot of hard work, but we were happy to have the affordable option to move ourselves. I can see where there is a need to have people available at both ends to hire hourly for loading and unloading. We were lucky to have family and friends, but everyone is not that lucky.
