The service man didn't inform me about extra payment for the trailer Wich was way over my expectations, nobody was there to check with me the trailer, and I had problems on the way with the lights, in one intersection,we almost got hit by another car because the flasher lights, changing the position from left to right erratically ,before all my experiences with U-Haul locations was great, never thought about paying attention more than usual, and now I know that is not the same as before, should be more accurate...I'm disappointed, next time I'll think twice before get a rental trailer or truck. I'm writing this and I am really sorry to write that...

The trailer was filled up with snow and ice, and it was very hard to shovel and couldn’t use the hooks on the sides because of ice had to work about two hours just to get the ice removed and after that the flat four connecter was very very, very short and the guy I picked it up from won’t even assist me. He was very rude. He did not speak English. And he just left us hanging in the parking lot. This was the worst experience with U-Haul. I have had yet so far it is not even safe and then I had to spend an hour try to find a store nearby who sells an extension cord.

Besoin d'aide car la pôle est par terre et c'est difficile de soulever pour atteler à ma boule de mon attache remorque...faut prevoir une 2e personne, sinon c'est très bien

La hauteur de l'entrée de la remorque est 1 pied plus petit que sur le site et que ce que la dame de uhaul m'a dit au téléphone.
