Have the vehicle ready at pickup location. Verify the battery every now and then and charge it. It took a couple tries to start the truck, the window was cracked. I also asked for a credit of 50$ that no one contacted me for by email like they said, because I had to go to another location to get the keys to my truck which was at another location than wheres the keys were.

The equipment I requested was not included, and we almost abandoned the reservation entirely because the employee over the phone was unable to complete the contract on the website for 45 minutes. Worst rental experience I've ever had.
Raphael EMy location pick up was changed at the last minute. I arrived at 8:50. My location pick-up was 08:30. The person managing this location has business cards inside the gas station to call him when he’s not on site. When I called him, he proceeded to give me a diatribe about being on time and respecting the time on the contract and so on. He could’ve called me and said are you still coming? I was only 20 minutes late and considering that my location had changed I think a little courtesy would be warranted. But no, it was not. He was extremely unpleasant on the phone and extremely un-courteous.
Martin JI had initially scheduled for a pick up at your Dunant street address. I would have appreciated that the email sent for confirmation of pick up clearly indicated that there was a CHANGE in address (it was indicated in my reminder email but I did not see that it had changed and presumed it was where I had initially rented it). I went to the original location and filled-out the entire information before finding out I had to go somewhere else. In the end, everything was good but I lost about 1/2 hour with this story.
Nathalie DLa personne qui nous a reçu ne connaissait rien à notre contrat de location. Il pouvait seulement nous dire l’endroit pour stationner. Personne n’a vérifier le Kilomètre avec nous. On nous a simplement remis un numéro de téléphone. Lorsqu’on a téléphoné pour savoir comment se fermait notre facture, la personne était cavalière se contentant de me réprimer pour la façon dont je m’étais stationner. Il ne pouvait nous donner aucune explication sur le crédit d’essence que nous étions supposé recevoir. Nous n’avons donc reçu aucun crédit. Pour nous, c’est la dernière fois que l’on loue chez U-Haul.
