Better customer service, I was given the keys and told the trucks out back. Had to drive around to an back alley and found the truck pulled up next to an abandoned building with a car missing tires to its right, truck was graffitied and had damages that the owner was like oh didn't say that just tell them to call me if they have any problems. Won't be going back there for anymore truck rentals.

I had my wife return the trailer and no one was able to help her so she had to do it herself. As a small woman it was difficult with two little kids in the vehicle.

The store owner is extremely nice. Although the process was long-he explained it was new to him but we eventually got it all figured out. I thought he was very helpful to us with the equipment and rental. If you are a local-I would rent from him.

told us to park in a spot that was not big enough for the 26ft truck, then told us to move it to another spot that was not wide enough to park the truck, then told us that someone would move the smaller truck that was there and to move it to where the smaller truck was.

This is a small town liquor and convenience store. I was hard pressed, once inside, to see any U-Haul logos to indicate I was in the right location to drop off. He took my paper work, handed me back a sheet showing $0 balance, I paid at pick up so no surprise there. But paperwork didn't show ANY price of what I paid. He says "that's all you need, you already paid" I say, "no, I need paperwork to show how much I paid, for my taxes, since this was for a business." He didn't get it, understand. After much discussion I got a copy of my contract BACK! wouldn't give me original paperwork! Takes me out back of this store, shows me the back where to park, a gravel, weedy lot. No other U-Haul stuff there. I have my paperwork, I drop off trailer and leave. Hope U-Haul checks this guy out, trailer may or may not be there. Saving grace is community is pretty safe place. Sketchy location to have a U-Haul, for me easy, closest one to drop off. Won't use again though.

Truck was very dirty. Windshield needed cleaning to drive. No fluid in vehicle. I expected to rent a vehicle in Sacramento and not 44 miles north of Sacramento. I had a reservation well in advance but had to travel to get the truck.

Pickup location in Arbuckle Ca did not check fuel. I told her the gas gauge was on empty and she said after driving a little the gas gauge would move to full. I got immediately on the freeway and the gas gauge stayed on empty. The digital display came on and read "Fuel Low". I called back to Arbuckle and told her. I had to get off the freeway immediately and put some gas in that was $3.54 /gallon. Can you refund me for a full tank of gas at a fair rate per gallon. I was late returning the truck. They called me to tell me that they had the truck rented out that day. He told me verbally that if if I returned by 11:45am that he would not charge me the extra day rental. I was charged for miles I didn't use and I put gas at half a tank the guy who rented it to me I told him it was a quarter tank n when I went to return it there was a different Indian man who didn't want to take it back when I rented from there I feel he did something to have me charged more!

It was VERY hard to find. No one at Uhaul said that this was a 3rd party drop off tiny 99cent store! Staff was VERY nice though once I finally found it!

Staff was not knowledgeable about the products or how to properly hook up the auto transport. They did not have a printer with ink so they told me to take a pic with my cell phone. I was never informed that I was required to return the trailer by the same time time I picked it up. The location was not open during the posted times. Overall negative 3 stars.

It was great to have what I needed so close to my house in Arbuckle and didn't have to go all the way to Colusa for the car dolly, that saved us time.

There was some confusion about which vehicle we were to take and according to the fuel gauge, it had below 1/4 tank. We had to put more fuel in it than anticipated. Also, there were no blankets available for our use.

The man at the pick up location was 30 minutes late. They didn't give my son a copy of the contract and didn't set up a return location. My son had purchased some moving gloves but we didn't use them so when he went to return them the man gave him less than what he paid and my son had to tell him to look at the receipt and give him the correct amount. These people are not honest and I don't reccomended them. However the ladies at your Middletown office where I bought the boxes are wonderful (Deseray, spelling wrong). I would recommend her and that location to everyone. Honest and extremely helpful.

There was no sign to indicate where the rental was, or if there was it was not clearly visible. It was hard to find the address. Even though the correct key was taken to the few rental trucks on the location I was almost given a smaller truck than what I had booked. Luckily the keys don't work universally in the locks! Was very disappointed.

When I went to the Arbuckle location to drop off the U-Haul the person working in the store had no idea what to do. He actually told me to drive all the way to Woodland so they can help me. I told the man I had no money nor time to drive to Woodland.I had to call the 866 number and spoke with someone, who I told I was going to lock up the truck and give the keys to the store person and I left. Not professional at all. Hire people who speak and understand English.
