It took nearly 3 hrs to complete the pick up. The clerk spoke limited English, had very little computer skills plus no cell phone coverage. What a frustrating hassle! The truck was dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke.

They had the wrong number so it just hangs up, guys didn’t know how to unhook the trailer or anything so I had to do it for him. Just overall hard to find as well lol

TAJI SThis was the WORST experience I have had. I made my reservation for the Colusa pick-up. I received an email notifying me that I needed to pick this up in Arbuckle. When I arrived, no one was there to help me so they had to call someone else to come check me in and get me keys. At that time, I asked how late they were open for return. The man helping me said I could return the truck to ANY location and that I did not need to bring it back to Arbuckle. We walked out to get in the truck and there was human feces all around the vehicle because someone had been living behind it. I had to STEP over human feces to get into the truck. When I went to return the truck to "ANY" location, I was told by the Colusa pick-up location that it needed to be returned to Arbuckle or I would be charged extra. Luckily, the Colusa store owner made a call to customer service informing them of this and the fee was waived and the Colusa store accepted the truck. This was AFTER being on the phone with them for almost 30 minutes. This was a terrible and frustrating experience for me.
ASHLEY JI have used U-Haul on many occasions and they are great to work with; however, this particular location is not equipped to rent trucks. My reservation was for 8:00 am and I didn't leave with a truck until after noon because of their confusion and lack of communication with U-Haul.
