Hours stated 8-4. Arrived at 8:15 to a dirt lot where the trailers were parked. No business in sight. I called the business phone number and the gentleman told me there was no one there to meet me and check in the trailer. Again, I dropped the trailer by myself and left the trailer in the lot. I received an email stating the trailer was checked in after 9:00 am.

Truck box was very dirty inside and I had to clean it before I could put my items in. The ramp was not working properly and my loading team spent 20 minutes trying to put in costing me money for there extra time and at the end could not get the ramp in and had to put it in the box on my furniture which damaged some of my items.
BARRY LThe location had the drop box in one place and wanted the truck 2 driveways further down. It was not clear where to leave the truck.

Ernest PBusiness was closed when we got there, during advertised business hours. No code was sent to me for a lock box, and we had to wait in the parking lot for nearly an hour and a half for Uhaul.com customer service to try to help us. This caused us to miss our time with the movers that we hired, and we ended up having to load our truck alone, through the night, which took until 4am!!! We also reserved a furniture dolly, which was not on the truck! I have tried multiple times to reach customer service again to resolve this, but I either keep getting transferred and put on hold, or the wait times are ridiculously long!!!
Michael UWas charged more per mile thsn advertising stated. Should have been .69 cents but they charged .79 cents and said they couldn’t charge. Truck dirty inside and dusty, water bottle in side. Tire pressure low had to adjust that myself.
