There was some confusion at pickup. Google Maps directed us to what appeared to be an unattended vacant lot with a few U-Haul trucks and other vehicles. Once we figured out that A1 Auto Tech was actually a couple of lots down, we were set. The owner Fernando was super friendly and helpful. The truck was clean, the tank was mostly full, and we were ready to go! Now that I know where to go, I wouldn't hesitate to rent from this location next time I need a U-Haul truck. The only drawback was that this location didn't have the furniture dolly I'd requested, but it was easy enough to adjust my reservation.

Hours stated 8-4. Arrived at 8:15 to a dirt lot where the trailers were parked. No business in sight. I called the business phone number and the gentleman told me there was no one there to meet me and check in the trailer. Again, I dropped the trailer by myself and left the trailer in the lot. I received an email stating the trailer was checked in after 9:00 am.
Maria BTruck box was very dirty inside and I had to clean it before I could put my items in. The ramp was not working properly and my loading team spent 20 minutes trying to put in costing me money for there extra time and at the end could not get the ramp in and had to put it in the box on my furniture which damaged some of my items.
BARRY LThe location had the drop box in one place and wanted the truck 2 driveways further down. It was not clear where to leave the truck.
