My rental was for a total of 4 days. I picked up on a Sunday and was not scheduled to return until Thursday. The transporter was turned in on Tuesday, October 20, 2021 and the rental truck on Wednesday, October 21, 2021. I think that the truck was rented the same day; I am not sure about the transporter. However, I think I may be due a credit for returning it prior to the deadline and especially if U - HAUL turned around and rented the same merchandise I turned in.Parmie S.

The truck was clean and operable. When I returned it I took a picture of the dash and it had 74994 miles on it. The bill said it has 75003 miles, costing us an extra $8 or so. I called and complained and they said the maintenance person had driven it without telling them and I would have to come get a cash refund of the difference. As I'm too far away to make this practical, I don't find the resolution acceptable. There are far better UHaul locations and I wouldn't go back to this one.TIMOTHY W.

Comment to U-haul on-line I booked the trailer for Deer Park, TX, the day before U-Haul called and changed the pickup location to Houston, TX but the location was Pasadena, TX. i tried to do the on-line check in and wold not let me get past the agreements section.Michael B.
Rental place smelled bad cats everywhere. Truck had a water leak all on my furniture and belongings. The shelf in the back of the truck had a brown substance on it so I could not use that area of the truck. There was not a full tank of gas in the vehicle from the start. It was a bad experience to say the least.Patrick D.
We were supposed to have a dozen blankets and a hand dolly which was not available. They did have the appliance dolly. The attendant was very apologetic when I picked up the truck and when I returned the truck. I did not have the time to run around to other Uhaul businesses so I purchased my own. I was very disappointed about the lack of blankets! This is the sort of things you share with others.Tom S.
The operator of the facility had no mechanical means to lift trailer onto the trailer hitch of my truck. I have a bad back and had to lift the trailer with assistance of a young lady to get it on the hitch. I was unable to load and unload my furniture but my back is still hurting. I had to hire people on both ends to load and unload.DANNY P.

At first the staff wasnt helpful. They had a child sitting at the front counter. I had to drive the trailer to the rear of the facility and unhook the trailer myself which could be a liability. In fact it seems as if they were living out of the location. Not impressed.Michael M.

I WAS CHARGED FOR DOLLY AND BLANKETS THAT WE DID NOT USE. THEY WERE NOT TAGGED PROPERLY AFTER THE LADT USE AND THEY ASSUMED WE BROKE THE TAGS. ALSO TRUCK WAS DIRTY AND LOCK WAS BROKE ON THE BACK. AlSO I RESERVED WITH CASH PAYMENT AND THE ASSOCIATE REFUSES TO ISSUE MY REFUND OF $30 THAT I SHOULD BE GETTING DUE TO LESS MILEAGE USEDJennifer B.

Office was closed when I arrived at 12:10 PM with a sign stating they would re-open at 12:30 PM. No one returned to open office until 12:50 PM. I was very disappointed because my past UHaul experiences over the years have all been good. Maybe they could work on being punctual. Thx.Thomas O.

At least make sure that the proper equipment is well maintained. The gas gauge was not functioning properly. I received the truck with less than 3/8th of a tank, used it for 54 miles and took 60$ of gas and gas gauge didn't even move. 30 minutes later, it rose to more than 3/4 of the tank. So I will appreciate reimbursement on the gas.Mohamad D.
