NEIL HMy only complaint is that I also rented a utility dolly. When I got there they only had appliance dollies. I took one, but it made our move monumentally harder. They have small hard solid wheels, a small lip and are extremely HEAVY. Totally inappropriate. The issue is that this has happened on my last THREE rentals. Next time I will rent with whomever guarantees me a utility dolly. Thank you

OMOLADE AImprove entrance & exit of facility Safety with parking- when others come driving out of storage area it leads straight towards people walking or driving in or out with personal vehicles or rental truck. The front window was not clean on inside causing glare. The gear shifter on this truck had too much play in it
