I have that disappointment with the procedure to pick up the truck. by the app or website is a disaster

Renting by phone had many issues both with instructions, uploading, being able to chat about problems or trying to call. Would not do again. Or recommend to anyone.

STEPHEN CANDLERI returned the rental on Saturday at 8am with 1/3 of a tank of gasoline. My rental agreement stated that I had maintained possession of the rental until Monday at 9am due to that locations operating hours. So that location had the vehicle 2 days earlier than expected. I received No phone call even after I left a message about the return process. Then I received the invoice with a charge of 12.50 for 3 gallons of gasoline even though the level was consistent with the stated amount. Still no call stating that there would be a change. Poor business practices, poor/No communication
