We were asked to leave the trailer out front since the office was not open yet. We opted to leave and come back when the office was officially open out of fear that the trailer would get stolen and we would be liable. Otherwise great!!VICENTE R.

Actually you can improve by addressing my concern. I originally reserved a truck at a rental location in my hometown. Based on this pickup location and the destination I calculated 10 miles of total travel. The day prior to pickup I was notified by the local rental location that the truck I reserved was damaged and not available. I was told to pick up a truck at another rental location. This increased the mileage from 10 to 16 miles. I was charged for 16 miles. The damaged truck was not my fault so I asked for the bill to be reduced by 6 miles. I have not heard back from UHaul regarding this request.Joe S.

I had to drive to Colorado from Texas and encountered snow and rain and windshield wipers were terrible. The doors and windows were poorly sealed and wind was coming through with loud noise and I was cold the entire time.Royelle W.

I had no more than pulled up to location and stopped the truck and moved some of my personal belongings to my mothers car, who was driving us home....when the guy working at this location stepped out from somewhere, wearing no mask (pandemic), then asked if I was dropping off. My belongings were still in my hand. He then quickly asked where the key was. I said in my hands please hold on one second. He grabbed the key, to love truck to park it, he drove off very fast and zoomed around his storage complex, to come back and parallel park the truck and dolly. He got out about to lock up truck and I had to tell him I hadn't even completed the online drop off and check out. He gave me the key back and disappeared. I felt rushed, not welcomed, and then had to wait on him to park it in order to do check out. He also drove the unit very fast while it was still technically under my responsibility and wasn't wearing a protective mask for pandemic.Sarah J.

I had 2:00 reservations in Bacliff, TX. Reserved truck had no A/C. At 3:30 I picked up a truck in Webster, TX. I waited outside, in the heat, while the contract was printed out. Return time was still set for 2:00. This truck worked fine. Return had to be done thru website, even though business was still open. You need a "truth in rental" disclosure. This $19.95 rental cost ended up being $130.Arden L.
