When we arrived at 1 PM for schedule drop off, there was no personnel at the location. We made three calls as to where to leave the key as there was no drop off box when we did return a call back. They told us to leave the key at the door we ended up hanging it on the door knob, which seemed rather Sketchy. We made several inquiries after returning home as to whether the key had been retrieved from the location.We requested a call from personally at location. We did not receive a call but did get this uhaul survey so we are assuming all is well.

Booked 10 ft truck online for lakeshore location. Uhaul called 48 hrs prior and changed location pick up to a remote location and truck size to a rural road. When picked up truck Uhaul operator could not connect to uhaul AP and had to release truck without any paper work or drivers license info. Also only had 9 of 12 blankets booked. Then I passed by the lakeshore Uhaul location on my way to my destination and there were 10 ft and 15 ft trucks available. I was then called the morning after renting the truck once again forced to accept a change in the drop off location from Renfrew to Cobden. Uhaul should not accept online reservations that they cannot fulfill. Truck size and both locations were changed. Uhaul app could not geo locate my phone and allow me to drop off the truck online. App will not let you proceed help message was useless. I was also charged an additional $40 equipment charge after returning?

Signage needed to get to this location...gps does not work...or cell Phones...the address does not show on my gps...found it after traveling for a while...great service when arrived...

The only thing that I didn’t like was that the fuel tank was at quarter tank of fuel. So my first stop was fuel which l didn’t like . Anyways l think that the fuel tank should be full when you picked it up then it would be easier to fill instead of trying to put the same fuel back when you return it. But other than that it worked good . Thanks

There was nobody there at 3pm in the afternoon on a Saturday. We felt uncomfortable just leaving the trailer in the yard with nobody there to check it in or document it's condition upon return. We called the number for the location and the person that answered said he "wasn't home" but he would call us back and confirm the return when he got there. He did call me back to ensure that all was well with the rental return. I appreciated that.

I had 216 extra KM When I rented the truck they told me that I will be charged 0.14 cents per extra KM Those crooks where I dropped it off charged me $1 per mile

Truck was clean and ready. Manager was very accommodating, professional and helpful. We highly recommend this dealer, and will return here next time we rent a U-Haul vehicle.

Outstanding individual at a and B storage Adam helped me on hook the trailer very quick with the paperwork. I addressed him with the problem with the trailer and he actually made the phone call to whomever it was about having the strap replaced immediately.

My whole experience with my rental was very disappointing. From the reservation having to be changed a couple days before due to them not having the right truck, to the store not being open and having to call and ending up having to drive to a different location, once at the other location the cost was much higher then quoted and told nothing they can do the whole thing was disappointing

This is a residential location, not a business. The attendant was hung over and we had to wait an hour before we got access to the vehicle.

Make clear that this place is a residence and the owner might need more time than a regular U-Haul outlet. Other than that, no complaints. She is very helpful and quick.
