How U-Haul Reviews WorkLocation was extremely remote... no washrooms available...no customer service building....had to stand outside until staff arrived with rental.
Diane JI booked U haul a month before puck up date the u haul was booked in Temiskaming shores Ontario Canada i was called 2 days before picked up and location was changed 2 hours away and i was compensated for gas and my time to pick up your equipment it put me back 5 hours and im not impressed with U-Haul. The customer service was horrible and the communication there was none. I rate U-Haul zero out of 10.
Derek BThe vehicle had issues from the time I picked it up, when I messaged the person I picked it up from to geek him the trailer was shaking he told me to cask uhaul that it wasn't his issue. Do they not check the trailers when they come in and before they leave. I mean not just a wallboard around but tires, etc.. For safety abs mechanical.
