Great location and other than how long it took to self check-in on the app, everything was fine.

NICOLAS FNot very happy. My brother in law and I went to take truck back and went and put gas in it so it was at 5/8 I forgot to take a picture of the gauge but we both acknowledged it was above 1/2 by quite a bit. When they finalized the return they charged us 18.00 plus tax saying the gas was at 1/2. They didn’t send a picture of the gauge they sent some graph with a mark on it. It was very frustrating that we took the time to put gas in and then they still said it was below.

Drema RA Bees Storage was amazing and went above and beyond to help me. When I arrived on 7/12 to pick-up truck, we discovered my order did not complete. After discussing options with me they assisted in getting my reservation in to pick up next a.m. When I arrived truck ready, paperwork ready no waiting. I would 110% recommend this location.

TROY MI absolutely love the couple that runs A Bees storage. They are so incredibly nice and helpful. I would absolutely use this location again even if there was a closer location. The one thing you could improve on is the online reservation. I selected this location because it was two blocks from my house and I was returning there that night. When I selected the location it showed online that the size of truck I picked was available. When I received my confirmation email it changed my location and the time of pickup. I had to call twice to get it fixed. I could have just called to make the reservation in the first place. I was more than happy to select a bigger truck so I could use the location I wanted. Maybe there is a way to select what’s more important. Ex: check the box next to your most important detail • Location • Truck size • Time if pickup Thank you!
Carly KThe experience with Uhaul wasn’t pleasant. Tried making reservation on the app and it wouldn’t work. Called customer service and they were rude and inpatient. Went to pick up my truck and the appliance Dolly and furniture pads weren’t in the truck. Took two attempts to get furniture pads and dolly from different location. Used app to drop off truck and was very laggy and slow and took me an hour to get it checked back in. Not a pleasant experience. Only thing I’d recommend was the third party movers.
MICHAL BEverything was great. The truck desperately needs a tune up. The driver window appears to also be defective and should be looked at. Besides that, perfect experience.

James CService was awesome! I originally set up to check out the U-haul using the mobile app. I arrived and Carol and her husband were inside (can't remember his name. This was a Sunday and they are normally closed). They got me checked out in just a couple minutes which beats standing outside in the cold and trying to figure it out myself! They were both so nice and friendly. A++++!!!!!

Joseph MFYI... I was concerned about the stability of the steering/alignment. It was difficult to maintain my lane while driving, loaded or empty.
