You're told you can drop off 24hrs. That's true. But how easy they make that is the key. This location has NO clear truck parking. None. They have posted signage all over the place saying no parking. Pair that up with most of their property is small storage units (meaning even where there aren't signs saying no parking, you can't park bc you're likely blocking someone's access to their property). Ran into another guy returning as well. He was just as flustered.

Doug provided an exceptional rental experience. He advised that I check in online to make the pickup process quick and easy. I did so and upon arrival, he had the truck and trailer ready to go. The truck was clean, full of gas and in very good condition. The return was also quick. Doug's attention and personality led to an excellent customer experience.
