The drop off location really felt like an unsafe neighborhood. There was no one present, no one around anywhere. The drop off took place during, what I thought, was business hours.

The milage charge I got after returning the truck is a joke. Milage to empty when I rented was showing at 121. when I went to return, it was showing at 115. I put $5 worth of gas in the tank and the milage to empty didnt change, still showed 115. It dropped to 113 when I dropped it off. The gauge on the truck tank is in virtually the same position as when I picked it up. You charge $5.60 for a gallon of gas, whatever....what a joke you guys are!!!!!! Will look to rent another way next time. SMDH

The process was very complicated and took much longer than needed. When I arrived the company didn't have me on 24/7 so it took approximately 30 minutes to get that straightened out. The uhaul had right above empty for fuel. That was very inconvenient.

The parking location for the trucks is dangerous. You can not see to back out making it dangerous to get hit on the main road

U Haul charged me $30 for 5 gallons of fuel even though the fuel level was returned to the original pick up amount. Other than that all would have been a great experience.

I want to start this review off by saying that I had absolutely no problems with a less storage, the employees where nothing but nice during this process . My problem is specifically with the uhaul website. For my rental the process of checking in/out was done entirely online . Big mistake. Both through the app and online I had the most difficult time trying to complete the process. I would make progesss only to be told that my request timed out or have it completely log me out of my account. I couldn’t even complete the checking back in process. I had to speak with a uhaul rep and she had to notate it in my account. I will never be doing a self pick out/drop off through the website again. It might have been a glitchy day for the website but I struggled so bad I won’t ever try again.

Was lied to about location for pick-up. Since my car was broken down I walked an hour to this location. Call center told me to call the 1-800 number, that they couldn’t help me. The wait time was 50 something minutes. Service was horrible. Someone at 800-633-6819 finally helped me with this pathetic situation I was put in. The lady that helped me was wonderful. I wish I could remember her name. I was to upset. I finally was given the code to the keys to the truck that was sitting there, and was able to do what I had to do. God bless the lady who helped me, if it wasn’t for her, I don’t know what I would have done.

I paid a cash deposit an it would of been nice to receive a cash deposit back instead of sending a check in the mail that takes 5-7 days. I didnt pay with a check..i didnt want a check back. I would of chose a drop off location that i could of received cash for my deposit. Instead of waiting weeks

Only downside is Detroit Blvd is a busy 2 lane road making pulling in/out of the location a bit scary. That can’t be changed so it’s not the businesses fault. Everything else here was perfect

Location was not staffed. I had to drop the trailer in the front yard of this location and after calling the contact number she said she would email me confirmation of delivery once she got back there later in the day.
