The process was very complicated and took much longer than needed. When I arrived the company didn't have me on 24/7 so it took approximately 30 minutes to get that straightened out. The uhaul had right above empty for fuel. That was very inconvenient.

jonathan guerretteI want to start this review off by saying that I had absolutely no problems with a less storage, the employees where nothing but nice during this process . My problem is specifically with the uhaul website. For my rental the process of checking in/out was done entirely online . Big mistake. Both through the app and online I had the most difficult time trying to complete the process. I would make progesss only to be told that my request timed out or have it completely log me out of my account. I couldn’t even complete the checking back in process. I had to speak with a uhaul rep and she had to notate it in my account. I will never be doing a self pick out/drop off through the website again. It might have been a glitchy day for the website but I struggled so bad I won’t ever try again.

Victoria Barnett | Overall ExperienceWas lied to about location for pick-up. Since my car was broken down I walked an hour to this location. Call center told me to call the 1-800 number, that they couldn’t help me. The wait time was 50 something minutes. Service was horrible. Someone at 800-633-6819 finally helped me with this pathetic situation I was put in. The lady that helped me was wonderful. I wish I could remember her name. I was to upset. I finally was given the code to the keys to the truck that was sitting there, and was able to do what I had to do. God bless the lady who helped me, if it wasn’t for her, I don’t know what I would have done.

I didnt pay with a check..i didnt want a check back. I would of chose a drop off location that i could of received cash for my deposit. Instead of waiting weeks

BARBARA PAYTONAll my boxes were wet soaked. Could not find the office to get my complaint given in person. Everything smelled moldy and every box was wet. I had to discard many, many items.
