Changed my pickup location farther away from where i need to go, then changed the drop off location midday as im driving the truck which again is further away. It’s all a gimmick to put more miles on the truck and get charged for it. Not to mention i lost $60 worth of fuel in your truck. when i got the truck it had under half a tank, i filled it not wanting to run out of fuel but it ended up only using an 1/8 of a tank. So i returned your truck with 3/4 more of gas than when i received it. I’ll never be renting a u-haul again i will go to home depot

DANIEL MI've rented from this location for several years. The equipment is always clean and ready to go on time. We deliver flowers, and the vans are perfect to adapt for that purpose.
MARVIN MFirst time renting a vehicle and I spent $178 for 24hrs and 100 miles. Didn’t even use the full 100 miles, had truck 6 and maybe 1/4 tank of gas. If I’m paying $178 for 24hrs and 100 miles I would expect gas to b covered up to the 100 miles as would anyone. Why I pull I pay 178$ to rent a truck then have to put gas in it. Just makes no sense. A complete rip off. Will never use uhaul again. I will just borrow a friends box truck as I should’ve did. Unacceptable

Samuel SOnly thing I can complain about is the lack of signage for the business, albeit it is clearly obvious where the u-haul rental establishment is due to the trucks parked in the parking lot adjacent to the building. Other than that, everything was peachy keen 😘
DANIEL MIt was an afterhours drop off. I called prior to drop off and while the attendant answered promptly, didn't tell me that they were closed until Monday. When I arrived to drop off the vehicle, the instructions to take pictures weren't posted anywhere outside, and it was a good thing that I was able to pull up the info on my phone otherwise I might've dropped the keys in the box without going through the process. While I was able to upload the pic of the odometer and gas gauge, the app failed to upload any of the pics I took demonstrating the vehicle's condition (clean) on any of the three attempts I made. I ultimately had to call customer service for support, but it was very frustrating. Regarding the 'would you recommend this location to a friend", my true answer is 'it depends', but since that wasn't an option, I'm choosing 'yes' because I like having a uhaul location near my home for convenience.

Joe CMake sure the previous customer cleans out the van before the next customer gets the van. It was dirty and left shoe in the pockets on the door. I swept out the van and wiped down the the compartments of the van. The windshield wipers need to be replaced and washed.

Devon OHave all items that were asked. Also had a very hard time with app. More user friendly. I had a difficult time with drop off location. Trying to contact and speak with manager to review and go over extra charges. Finally 3and half day later, was able to get customer service to be able to refund charges.

Frank AOn-site staff would be good for customers to speak to. We had reserved and paid for a furniture dolly and furniture pads- neither of which was inside the truck. Had there been staff onsite this could have been rectified. Also dispite us reporting the missing items we were still charged for the furniture pads. No one called us as was noted when we checked in the vehicle. We purposely had chosen a time and site where there would be staff when booking and then our reservation was changed to online the night before our pick up date.
