I give the location/service high marks solely due to the service I received from Jen. She was efficient, friendly, competent and knowledgeable. The van was fine etc., but I would go back because of her.

james MWell there were paving stones on the ramp. We had to spend 10 mins to lower the ramp as the stones blocked me from pulling down the ramp. Yes, the experience was good. The cab was clean.
LAWRENCE MMy initial reservation was for a pick up at a much more convenient location, I didn't find out I had to pickup at a location further away. This impacted my departure schedule.
