Pick facility up was unsure of the policy due to being a new dealer. I was told that the truck was a one way but it ended up as being return. However when communicating with U-haul they allowed me to do a one way and the facility that took the vehicle were most helpful.

I ended up paying more for mileage as I was unaware I had to return to the original pickup. There was nothing in the paperwork suggesting that was the case. Otherwise it was a good experience.
June WThe internet connection to Uhaul website was not working correctly so it took over 1/2 hr to finally get my truck. And I never did receive an email contract
