Robin BNothing as far as the renting experience, very convenient and everyone you deal with is great. For the vehicles themselves, backup cameras should be standard as well as motorized mirrors so you can adjust them from the driver's seat. I know it adds a bit per a vehicle to the fleet but each of those would save in the long run. The Bluetooth on the radio is great to have.
John JNo improvement needed: great location, great staff,
Kim SI rented a 10' Uhaul van, booking it online and turning down the "extra coverage" however, I was still charged it when I returned the van.
