This location doesn’t exists it’s an empty building I had to go to another location that was nice enough to use my reservation at the other location.

Half of my belongings got extremely wet during transit, and then upon returning the truck, I leave a comment on this very problem and instead of being discounted, I'm charged $10 extra. Extremely disappointed and will not be using your services again.

Raymond HThese folks store the trailer wire extension cords indoors, separately from the trailers due to the location being in a high crime area. The attendance couldn't find them. So I had to tow the trailer without lights (legal in Kentucky, but not how I prefer to tow).

Bradley GI was charged for miles i did not even use. And I was given the run around when it came to my refund. Still haven't heard anything back for the refund for the miles i was being charged for. I live 2 miles from the Uhaul place and the Uhaul was driven to my house and back to the dealer. Thats 4 miles and i was charged for 30 miles.
Carmen BI was quoted one price of $375 over the phone by the uhaul central number but was charged $441. I called twice to resolve but to no avail. I won’t use uhaul again

TOMMY BI can not say enough good things about my experience with this branch. They deserve all the accolades available. The owner and his staff went above and beyond to accommodate my family's needs. The level of help and advisement they provided made me feel as if I were family. They revised my order and drop-off point to make it more convenient and cheaper. They also did all of the setup, heavy lifting, and moving. As a military family with kids in college, we have moved a lot, and I have never had a better experience! A wonderful community-oriented business! FIVE STARS!

Edrena HBetter maintenance of the trucks being rented. The 15' truck I rented got the worse gas mileage I have ever seen..8 MPG! I spent over $250 in gas for a 600 mile trip.
