The man at the location was friendly, helpful and kind. However, we were told that the truck was new. We didn’t care if it was but were shocked to see that the air conditioning did not work at all. After lifting heavy furniture in 90 degree weather no one wants to drive a vehicle an hour and a half with no air conditioning. To make it worse, on the second trip it rained leaving me soaked because I had no option but to leave the window down because of the heat. I am assuming the man who rented is the vehicle didn’t know it was not working.
